This exciting new full time permanent opportunity is available immediately to join our team to manage the Forum Complex on the Streatham campus.

Summary of the role

This is a significant hands-on operational role dealing with daily contact with internal and external stakeholder with proactive engagement being of paramount importance. The ideal candidate is someone calm under pressure, a fantastic communicator, can engender confidence and be the ‘go to’ person within the Forum Complex.

You will manage all aspects of the Forum Complex which is at the heart of the Streatham Campus and encompasses; study and teaching spaces, Forum Library, commercial outlets, large venue spaces, offices and much more. You will manage a team encompassing staff who operate the Forum Complex on a day to day basis and the staff member of manages the reception teams across the Streatham Campus.

It is critical the post holder works seamlessly with other teams supporting the Forum; FM, Commercial Operations, Events and Estates, also other internal teams and external stakeholders.

It is a fast paced role often with conflicting pressures and demands on the spaces available so a calm head and authority is required but above all the ability to engage with people, face to face on a daily basis.
