Campus Infrastructure & Operational Support Service 

This full time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Summary of the role/position

You will be joining a motivated and experienced team delivering a first-class service in The Forum on the Streatham Campus.

We are seeking a motivated individual who has a proven record in delivering excellent Customer Service has prior experience in dealing with people and a wide range of inquiries by phone, email, and face to face.

Signposting visitors, VIPs, students, and staff will also be a part of the daily remit. It is expected that the successful applicant will be well presented and flexible in their approach to the demands of the business to provide an exemplary front of house experience.

The working hours to be Mon-Fri 12.00-20.00 but flexibility will be required.
