Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Student emergency response;
  • Provide secretarial services to the relevant Student Affair Committees;
  • Coordination of graduate student activities, including research forums and outstanding research awards;
  • Promotion of outstanding achievements and activities of graduate students;
  • Assist in university-wide student events such as inauguration and graduation ceremonies;
  • Assist in Student career and placement services and Student Organization;
  • Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the Dean / Manager.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least Master’s Degree;
  • At least three years’ post-qualification administrative and marketing experience;
  • Administrative experience at tertiary institutions is preferred;
  • Good writing and communication skills both in English and Chinese;
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and pay attention to details;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Team work consciousness.
  • Salary and Benefits

    Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
