Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating the human resource policies, procedures and plans for Affiliated Hospital in the preparation stage;
  • Assist in Enactment Policy with Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission about HR matters;
  • Provide HR support and coordinate different departments/units of and outside the affiliated Hospital;
  • Coordinate with the School of Medicine, CUHK(SZ) about hospital HR planning;
  • Undertake other duties assigned by superior.
  • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • At least 3 years post-qualification executive or relevant experience;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Familiar with labor law, labor contract law and other relevant local regulations;
  • The ability to work independently, initiative, and high sense of responsibility;
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Salary and Benefits

    Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
