We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in the growth of Hult EF’s Corporate Education division in the Netherlands.

This is a sales hunter and relationship manager position.This job requires persistence, strategic acumen, creativity, and it has huge potential for the right person. You are a hunter, and your passion is sourcing and closing new business. You will hit the ground running and proactively take charge of opportunities in the Dutch Corporate Education market from day one. In the process, you will play a significant role in the continued growth of the business, and positively affect the lives of many business leaders.

The Opportunity:
Hult EF Corporate Education is looking for a confident and successful B2B Business Development Manager, who feels passionate about executive coaching and what it can do for people in business. The successful candidate will join a passionate, successful, and growing global Coaching Team and be responsible for delivering sales and enthusiastically open cross-selling opportunities within the Hult EF portfolio of services.

How will we help you succeed?
To achieve these ambitious goals, you will:
• Draw on the best product stack available on the market. We offer premium solutions that you can sell with confidence.
• Be assigned a focused Target List of high potential companies to pursue across various industries – so you can map and identify new business opportunities.
• Proactively collaborate with other internal stakeholders to help you drive the sales process forward through high levels of complexity – working closely with your colleagues in Marketing, Business Development and Operations located in the Netherlands, UK and other countries.

Who will succeed in this role?
We are looking for a person with 4+ years of successful B2B solutions selling experience. If you have experience working with education products and/or HR stakeholders, all the better. Knowledge of the executive education market and an understanding of coaching is advantageous. Fluent in Dutch and English is a key requirement as well.

But most importantly, we are seeking a hungry, driven, globally oriented salesperson who wants to be part of a rapidly growing team within an innovative education company.

More specifically, you should be able to:

• Identify business-to-business opportunities by finding potential new customers through diverse prospecting activities.
• Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes independently, using a consultative approach and executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with CXO level stakeholders.
• Understand the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with C-level executives at some of the biggest companies in the Netherlands.
• Develop key relationships and influencing senior level decision makers within organizations to ensure Hult EF is positioned as the preferred partner within the marketplace.
• Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of our solutions.
