This new full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

The post is homed in the Strategic Support Team, part of the Education and Academic Services division.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

Summary of the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Education and Academic Services Strategic Support team and provide direct administrative and executive support to members of the Education and Academic Services (EAS) leadership team, to ensure the smooth working of the division and the delivery of its operational and strategic objectives.

The post holder will provide high-quality administrative and executive support to members of the  divisional leadership team, be heavily involved in themes of work which support the student and academic experience and contribute towards institution-wide projects.

You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and solution focused, highly organised and efficient, and you’ll thrive in a pacey environment where prioritisation is key.
