We are currently seeking a professional and proactive experienced administrator to provide confidential high level administrative support to the University Executive Office. 

Reporting to the Executive Officer to the Vice Chancellor, the post holder will be responsible for diary management, monitoring and responding to the Vice-Chancellor’s email accounts, providing a front of house service for visitors (including tours of the University and provision of end to end travel and accommodation support)  coordinating administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling, managing communications, and contributing to the effective operation of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office and the wider University Executive office. The post-holder will also receive direction from the Vice-Chancellor on relevant responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, the post holder will have relevant administrative experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the University.
