Summary of the role

The main purpose of the role will be to support the University examinations process across the academic year. This role assists in facilitating the summative examination requirements of all taught programmes at the Streatham and St. Luke’s campus, from receipt and processing of examinations papers, assisting with exam scheduling, online exams, supervising invigilation and supporting specific provision arrangements.

The role requires good customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. The role holder is expected to maintain successful key relationships with Academic and Professional services staff across the Streatham and St. Luke’s campus and key ESS examinations and registry colleagues at Penryn campus. Material relationships are also required with Education Support (Hubs), Campus Services, Exeter IT, Senior Tutors and FXPlus teams.
