This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills, to be involved in the development of the Exams Office.  As Examinations Administrator you will support all aspects of formal examinations arrangements across the University, including examination scheduling and delivery, publication of examination timetables and invigilation arrangements.

To succeed in the role, you should have:

  • Experience of providing an efficient customer-focussed enquiry service 
  • Experience of carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties
  • A good standard of secondary education or equivalent experience of practical application of knowledge, problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent team-working skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills and the confidence to communicate with a range of colleagues at all levels within the organisation.

To meet service demands, there is a need for flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends.

This is a full-time (37 hours per week), permanent post, however Job-sharers are welcome to apply.  This role is eligible for agile working, meaning you can work from home for a portion of the week depending on service needs.
