Salary: in the region of £40,000 per annum.

The Role

As a Hardware Fulfilment Lead for End User Computing (EUC), you will join a team of 3 Leads and 17 Analysts to provide laptops and desktops across the University while supporting our staff and students with hardware and software issues. The role sits within our Hardware Fulfilment Team who manage hardware service requests, inventory, and assets.

Directly reporting to the EUC Support Manager you will also be responsible for day-to-day management of a Hardware Fulfilment Officer. 

As a component of this role, you are required to obtain certifications in Asset and Inventory Management and 5S; you will be funded and supported in the workplace to achieve this.
