About The Role
Falmouth Exeter Plus are seeking to recruit a part-time Estates Operations Administrator to join our Estates Helpdesk team. This position will provide a key role in the day-to-day management of planned & reactive maintenance using our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Helpdesk system – ‘Planon’.  As part of this role the post holder will also support the ‘Engineering Manager’ & ‘Assistant Engineering Manager’ by providing planning support, contractor liaison and the administration of maintenance data.  In addition, the post holder will provide advice and guidance to staff, students and contractors, supporting the wider business in the use of both our ‘Planon’ system and our Contractor Control System ‘Verature’. 
 
Working within the Estates & Facilities Helpdesk office as a customer facing member of staff, the post holder will be committed to presenting themselves professionally to all colleagues and customers, while representing Falmouth Exeter Plus.

About You
The post holder will have a positive outlook and proactive approach to system improvement and teamwork, playing a key part in helping to develop ways of working and engagement with the Estates team.  The post holder will have significant experience in delivering a high level of customer service and will be experienced in using maintenance planning software. Alongside these key skills, the post holder will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and will be able to prioritise a substantial workload, while working accurately (with excellent attention to detail) to a deadline in a pressurised environment.

This position is offered on a fixed term for one year, part-time, 22.5 hours per week contract, working 8.30 am to 17.00 pm, Wednesday to Friday.
