The Department 

This role will be based in the Research and Enterprise Operations Department, which is responsible for supporting the growth of research, knowledge exchange and commercial activity of the University. The PEQF Contract Administrator will be working closely with the PEQF Contract Manager as well as the Institute for Policing Studies.

The Role 

The PEQF Contract Administrator will work with the PEQF Contract Manager and others to ensure the good management of the contract activities that include administrative support, ensuring liaison and across internal departments and our key external partners, maintain accurate student data, operations management, communications, invoicing, KPI reporting, supporting meetings and events, and generally provide high level administrative support to the PEQF Contract Manager in all the contract administrative matters.

The Person

The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated with ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time in relation to pressure of work, and to be responsible for own area of work. The post holder will need to have good organisational and secretarial skills and maintain high standards and quality of work. They will also have to demonstrate ability to work as a team as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
