Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator

Location: 4F Jiu ‘An Plaza, 258 Tongren Road, Shanghai, China

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Student Enrollment Coordinator to join our fast-moving and ambitious team based in Shanghai. You will be responsible for contacting and advising our prospective candidates and will serve as the first point of contact for the school for students based in China. We rely on you to build our brand and reputation. We are looking for confident, results-driven salesperson who will bring experience and enthusiasm to a growing team of professionals. You will enjoy being part of a diverse and sociable office from different countries and industry backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Promote our top ranked post-graduate programs through Telemarketing activities
• Pre-qualify potential candidates (according to the school’s admissions criteria) over the phoneand In person if necessary
• Provide enrollment advice over the phone
• Interact with candidates in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles
• Support Enrollment Advisors by scheduling Enrollment Consultations/ Appointments for them
• Support on school events and fairs.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Chinese (mandarin) and English is a must
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Sales, experience in the Education area is an advantage
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Confident and professional phone manners
• Customer focused, understanding candidate needs
• Ambitious and target oriented
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Willingness to learn and open to feedback

Additional Information

• Entry level role
• Working hours: Mon. to Fri. – 10:30am to 7:30pm
• Base salary plus bonus on-target-earnings, compensation can be discussed during the interview.
• Position start date: October 11, 2021.
