We are seeking an organised, focused, team oriented individual to join our Enquiries Team dealing with enquiries from students looking to apply/or have applied to University of Liverpool. You will be part of a busy front facing team, you will help to ensure the delivery of a first-class customer service to a specified range of users. Dealing effectively with enquiries from the public, internal university staff and stakeholders.  You will play a significant part in enhancing the student experience.

You will therefore have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the importance of customer service, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive and practical response to the challenges of working in a global facing customer focussed environment and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

You should have experience of using major IT packages and confident to learn bespoke software.   You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.

This post is full time; however, job-share or flexible working arrangements will be considered. The post is available on a 2 year fixed term basis.
