We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Employer Engagement Coordinator to join the Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise division, working within the Employer Engagement Team to build relationships with employers in the region, with the aim of securing Internship opportunities for our students.

Your role will be to support the growth of our relationships with employers to increase the number of opportunities for students across our offering with a particular focus on UoS Internships. Customer relationship management is integral to this role so you must have experience with strengthening existing external and internal partnerships alongside initiating new relationships. You must be confident at networking with a wide range of stakeholders and will have proven experience in business development and/or sales, and motivated to achieve targets. 

As you will be a point of contact for external partners to the University you must be able to prepare and present written and verbal information clearly and concisely, including the delivery of group presentations. Your ability to project manage is essential for the role as you will be required to enhance our employer offering by creating new and effective ways to work collaboratively with employers for mutual benefit.
