This exciting role offers an opportunity to join a strategically important team. Your contribution to Aston’s mission, exploitable research and employable graduates, will be to support the Careers and Placements Team’s strategic aim of maximising positive graduate destination outcomes for all students with a particular focus on Employer Engagement. 

We are seeking a driven and committed individual to join our high performing, busy but friendly team, to support the development of UK and/or international work/employability opportunities for Aston University students. With business development, recruitment and/or stakeholder engagement experience, you will report to the Employer Engagement Manager (Postgraduate and International) and play a key role in facilitating employability outcomes for our students and graduates.

You will coordinate various recruitment solutions, taking into account the employer and student experience to deliver excellent customer service and results.

Working closely with other teams, you will support with continuous improvement across the stakeholder journey and contribute to various business development and relationship management activities through a variety of channels such as events, online marketing activities and other proactive routes.

Educated to A level or equivalent, or experience in a similar level and type of role, you will demonstrate an ability to work in a busy environment and achieve targets, whilst maintaining accurate record keeping. It is essential that you demonstrate a flexible, collaborative approach and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
