Salary: £30,942 to £34,804 per annum

Join our busy Employee Relations (ER) team where you will manage and co-ordinate the administrative processes for ER activity which includes pay reviews, promotions processes, trade union consultation and negotiation meetings. You will also provide support to the HR Manager (Employee Relations) with the proactive co-ordination and implementation of employment policies and be responsible for providing specialist employee relations advice and support to the Head of Employee Relations in relation to project work and day-to-day ER activities which will contribute to the overall delivery of the HR strategy.
This is a full time role with working from home 2-3 days per week. Job share would be considered.
The successful candidate will have
- A broad understanding of employment law and good practice in relation to HR processes
- A good understanding of effective administrative processes, including the use of electronic systems for supporting and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of administration.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, problem solving approach to work, ensuring the practical application of good HR practice
