The Royal Veterinary College has an exciting short-term opportunity for an experienced employee relations professional to join our small team. 

Supporting our Employee Relations Manager, your key focus will be the provision of clear and confident employee relations advice and support to managers, which together with strong organisational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple ER cases to conclusion.  

You will have experience of providing employee relations advice and supporting managers on a range of ER issues and will ideally be CIPD qualified. You will also have strong interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, a sound working knowledge of current employment law and you must be committed to your own continuous professional development.

The reward package includes onsite parking at our Hawkshead Campus, free shuttle bus service between Potters Bar Station and the Hawkshead Campus and free use of an on-site Sports and Wellbeing Centre. 

You must be available immediately and be able to commit to fulfilling the 4-month contract.
