Our People and Operational Effectiveness (POE) team is dynamic, collegiate and looks after all aspects of the employee life cycle. The role of Employee Relations Advisor (ER) in the Employee Relations and Organisational Change team is a role that offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience as an Advisor whilst being part of a specialist team. As a member of the Employee Relations and Organisational Change team, you will contribute to the development of the Employee Relations Strategy, and be part of the team that will have collective accountability for its delivery across the University as a whole. This role will take an active role in Organisational Change projects and work closely with our HR Partnering team across the University.

You will have an excellent track record of being involved in Employee Relations issues including casework up to final written warning level, and show evidence of Organisational Change experience in particular consultations and working with Trade Unions. The post requires a someone who works collaboratively with all of its stakeholders, in particular Faculty/Department managers. You will also support the development of Organisational Change processes and procedures, the implementation of an automated Casework system and support the development and roll-out of Employee Relations training across the University.
