You would join the Careers and Enterprise Team within the Services for Students department at the University of Sunderland in London. We help students and graduates to gain skills, confidence and knowledge for their future success. 

We are a new team, passionate about creating a service with real impact on our students and graduates’ futures. We provide a range of learning activities, including online and in-person workshops, access to on-demand resources, employment opportunities, extra-curricular courses, 1-2-1s and suitable support embedded within academic programmes. 

Your role would involve working with academic colleagues to support embedded learning and ensuring a cohesive and fit-for-purpose digital learning offer. You would be a key member of the wider Services for Students team and would assist the Head and Assistant Head of Service for Students in the continuous review and development of the service. 

To excel in this position, you will need to have experience in a recruitment, employability or enterprise support environment, as well as experience coordinating skills development, learning or training activities. You will need to be a skilled networker with the ability to establish and develop positive relationships with external organisations and internal stakeholders.

This is an exciting time to join us. We are an innovative and ambitious campus with exciting plans for 2024, and beyond. Starting in March 2024, we will be piloting a four-day working week for all core employees, and in summer 2024, we will be opening a new campus building nearby our current location - offering a modern, bright, and spacious learning and working environment.
