Employability Adviser

Join our Employability Team as an Employability Adviser and help our students and graduates achieve their future aspirations!

As an Employability Adviser, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that offers information and advice services to students on various topics related to careers, placements, recruitment, and employment. You will help students prepare for work experience and placements by guiding them through the application process, from CV writing to interview skills. You will also deliver engaging briefings and workshops to enhance students’ employability skills and confidence.

This role will be mainly based on City Campus, but may include some cross-campus working supporting student hub operations and events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the current recruitment landscape. You will also need to be adaptable, flexible, and organised, as you will work with a diverse range of students. You will have a passion for careers and employability, and a commitment to providing high-quality services to our students and graduates.
