A full-time, permanent post is available to commence on 4th March 2024 and is part of the University’s Wellbeing and Welfare Team, operationally based within the Doctoral College PGR student support team.  You will be expected to work across both Exeter campuses as well as travel occasionally to our Penryn campus in Cornwall.

You will provide a high level of wellbeing support and advice through the Health, Wellbeing and Support for Study process, as well as guidance relating to our research programmes of study. You will maintain an extensive knowledge of internal and external wellbeing support services and how they relate to PGR students in order to signpost students effectively.

The successful applicants for this post will have experience of working flexibly both as part of a team and by working independently to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as experience of coordinating support for individuals with health and wellbeing needs.

Interviews will be held with shortlisted candidates as soon as possible.
