This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis in the Queen’s Education Support Team.
The Education and Academic Services Directorate provides all of the key administration and education support activities that underpin the student experience from Fresher’s week to Graduation. This role is within the Education Support team which provides the core and critical operational support for teaching administration and support for delivery of taught undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated individual with a keen interest in providing excellent customer service to students, staff and external stakeholders in matters relating to education and programme support at both undergraduate and postgraduate level across both our Exeter campus.
If you have experience of working flexibly both as part of a team and independently and can demonstrate excellent people skills and a personable nature in order to provide outstanding customer service in this front-line role, then this could be the ideal role for you. Excellent IT skills and experience of administration work will also be essential. This is a busy role, so the ability to multi-task is essential.
Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification (available on the university's website, accessed by the apply button) for full details of this role.
