This part-time (0.5FTE) post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

This exciting opportunity offers hybrid working, with some time working on campus and some time working at home. This role will be part of our Queen's Hub team, based on the Streatham campus.

About the role

Our Education Support roles help to provide all key administration and education support activities for our students. You will work as part of the Education Support team which focuses on supporting teaching and learning administration – for example helping our students with queries about their programmes of study, supporting coursework and assessment and helping our students who need access to welfare/wellbeing services. This team works collaboratively across multiple locations and across three campuses.

All staff within Education Support are expected to work on-campus as well as from home, on a rota basis. Depending on experience, you will be asked initially to work from campus for up to 4 days per week, whilst training is completed.
