This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the delivery of the multi-million-pound Research England-funded Imagination E3 project.

We are looking for a highly-organised, conscientious individual with excellent administrative, communication and collaboration skills to join the friendly, vibrant and creative team in ImaginationLancaster - a design and architecture research centre of excellence based within the Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts (LICA).

Working closely with the Imagination E3 Principal Investigator, academic and professional services colleagues, you will be a crucial, and highly-valued, member of the team playing a vital, supporting role in ensuring the smooth-running of the project.

The role is varied and you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks; developing, supporting and nurturing the relationships with key stakeholders; coordinating and supporting the facilitation of project events; contributing to the external-facing presence of ImaginationLancaster on its website and social media channels; managing and coordinating the production of project reports, papers and other publications; and monitoring the project budget.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 31st July 2024.
