The Department 

Data operations underpins processes and systems which support the entire student lifecycle. We ensure an effective enrolment process for all of our students and provide professional and timely timetabling services.

Data Operations is a central department with overall responsibility for maintaining accurate Student Records and Data within the University. 

The Person

We are currently seeking a flexible, self-motivated and well organised individual to support a newly formed Data Operations Team.

The Role 

The post-holder will provide support for maintaining the University’s student record system and associated data related business processes. This will involve student record management, data reporting and the oversight of processes essential in the delivery of the student data journey. You will be expected to support the Student Journey Data Officers to make sure key business processes are completed on time and accurately and deadlines for data submissions are met. 

The successful candidate will be highly computer literate and have a good understanding of student records system and/or other relational databases.  You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team, balancing conflicting requirements and deadlines to achieve results within fixed timescales
