- Strategy: Take the lead in crafting and executing an institution wide internal and engagement communication strategy that aligns seamlessly with our organisational goals and narrative. Your role will involve shaping the way we communicate, ensuring clarity, engagement, and resonance. Acting as a head of profession you will provide guidance and advice to both your team/s and to senior leadership group and Executive Director to build capability within the organisation.
- Change Communication Expertise: Navigate the exciting landscape of change by owning and driving our change communication strategy. Collaborate closely with sponsors and cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate communication plans, supporting initiatives that redefine the future of our institution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You will become a natural coach and partner who can deftly forge impactful partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, enabling them to help drive understanding and engagement.
