Over the last five years ULMS has engaged in extensive recruitment of academic and professional services staff, expanding into a state-of-the-art extension adjacent to the Georgian quarter of Liverpool, including a trading room and a marketing suite. The School now has over 230 academic staff supported by 90 professional services colleagues. The School is seeking to appoint a Director of Executive Education, who will also be appointed as a Professor on a Teaching and Scholarship track. The Director will be expected to build a range of open and custom Executive Education programmes that extend the School¿s offering in Executive Education beyond Sports. The individual appointed will need strong team leadership skills to build an Executive Education team capable of identifying and leading the design and development of custom and open programmes to achieve growth.

Candidates are expected to have an existing track record in the design and development of Executive Education programmes. They should be able to evidence a track record of building strong client relationships and of leading teams for the design and delivery of client programmes. In addition, the individual should have a profile suited to appointment as a Professor in a discipline relevant to management, and preferably in the area of Project Management, on a teaching and scholarship pathway. The individual will be expected to have a relevant PhD and a track record in scholarship relevant to education, practice and professional bodies in their discipline.
