Digital Programs Associate - Hult Global
Hult Innovation Lab is looking for a Digital Programs Associate to join our growing innovations and product team.
In 2020, Hult launched multiple degree programs through a successful corporate partnership. These programs, including: TechMBA, MBAN, Master of Sustainability, and other non-degree initiatives, put students at the forefront of rapidly growing industries—helping them make an impact in their field. The innovation lab is scaling rapidly; new programs and clients are being added
The Digital Programs Associate will be responsible for the live online operations for these degree programs, adapting and improving the day-to-day program operations of corporate programs. Your focus will be on managing the student and faculty experience, while nurturing and building new senior client relationships for degree programs. This role provides a lot of room for growth. As you take on more responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead multiple degree programs - defining the standard for quality and logistics. A highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and growth mindset is critical for success in this role.
Some specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for live online operations for degree programs (student access, online learning platforms, limitless learning facilitator scheduling)
- Support Faculty in building/maintaining courses in Learning Management System (LMS)
- Partner with Hult Marketing on PR strategies and assets
- Nurture and build new senior client relationships for degree programs
- End-to-end responsibility for operations of quarterly cohorts of learners (admission, registration, learning support, assessment verification, graduation)
- Maintain handbooks, FAQ, and other student resources
- Work closely with Academic and Technology teams to design and execute processes
- Support design and Lead launch of new programs into client
- Brainstorm and collaborate on building new tools to support remote, part-time learners
- Administer exams, monitor student academic progress, and act as key student contact
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of professional experience, academic operations preferred
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly in ever-changing, sometimes fast-paced environments
- Work with virtual global teams to deadlines and outcomes
- Balance operational detail with continuous improvement
- Self-driven and independent with exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort with data and technology (Salesforce (Registry), Canvas (LMS), Excel, Data Analysis tool)
