Would you like to play a key role within an award-winning digital learning production team? Are you an enthusiastic, experienced designer/developer with relevant and up-to-date knowledge of online learning technologies and a talent for developing new design concepts? 

In this role you will work with a diverse team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, video production leads, animators, learning technologists and graphic designers to plan and develop professional-standard graphics and interactive learning materials using a range of industry tools.  

You will have responsibility for the production of design concepts, UI prototypes, high quality multimedia visuals and engaging interactive exercises for the University’s portfolio of online courses. You should be able to evidence experience of defining brand and visual identities, as well as designing web-based content, promotional material and developing interactive learning resources.

Supporting the Creative and Learning Technology teams, you will work across the full range of the Digital Education Service’s portfolio of online courses, including courses and modules delivered on FutureLearn, Coursera and the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), Blackboard Learn. You will also play a key role in supporting colleagues in the effective and best practice use of these platforms to ensure an excellent learner experience.

This exciting position would suit a dynamic individual with proven experience in learning technology / e-learning development / digital creative design, accompanied by excellent communication and organisational skills and a passion for digital education.
