An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Experience Systems Analyst, a challenging post in which you will help deliver our 2030 Strategy, focussing on Digital Transformation through developing existing and new business systems.  Working within the Digital Development and Support multidisciplinary team this is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to and gain knowledge in a variety of disciplines and the wider HE environment.

Your main responsibility will be to liaise closely with key stakeholders both internal and external, take responsibility for the design, delivery and support of key business applications, content and online processes to support both student and staff digital experience across our core platforms. Through a user centred design approach, you will deliver optimum solutions using existing and new 'out of the box' applications, including Office365 automated workflows.   You will consider the whole lifecycle from understanding the business need and requirements to transition into business as usual (BAU) support.  This involves creating models and prototypes, evaluating potential risks and defects, customizing solutions for specific business needs with appropriate unit and user acceptance testing.

A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by Falmouth Staffing Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Falmouth University.
