Saïd Business School, University of Oxford are seeking for Design Studio Administrator. You will be responsible for the upkeep and management of the School’s Digital Asset Management System, which holds, video, content files and other design assets.

You will be responsible for ensuring the market function is compliant with GDPR through the efficient use of Bynder – the school’s asset management system. Supporting the Design Manager with the smooth running of the department, tracking design projects through their various stages to ensure they are on time and liaise with internal customers and print suppliers and providing ad-hoc support for the Head of Brand Experience.

To be considered, you will be experienced administrator who is able to demonstrate attention to details. Good all-round educational attainment including English and Maths A-C/9-5 grade or equivalent. You will be able to articulate why do you want to work in an administrative role in the Design Studio and demonstrate how your skills will transfer to the role.
