The Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost is a new role and will drive the academic engine of the University. You will provide leadership to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Deans and, in cooperation with the portfolio Pro Vice-Chancellors, leadership in education and research and knowledge exchange. A mainstay of our community, you will be future-focused and play a central role in delivering institutional change aimed at developing what our offer is,  how we deliver it and our contribution to civic society  

The role requires an established senior leader with a track record of success in university leadership. You will be able to demonstrate real success in delivering change and measurable improvements. As we reshape the University’s leadership, we are looking for leaders who are compassionate, committed to equity, diversity and inclusion, whose approach to delivery is one of shared endeavour and who have the ability to enable outstanding performance.
