Come and join our busy Doctoral College Team where you will manage and co-ordinate efficient, effective, and responsive systems and services in support of research student administration for academic staff and students across the University.

You will be responsible for:

  • Line management of the Research Student Administration Team
  • Day to day operational management of research student administration with oversight of the team's work on research student admissions and progression
  • Leading on developing business processes and systems for the effective support of postgraduate research students.
  • Oversight of all postgraduate research grants and the University’s studentship allocation as well as the team’s work on fees and stipend payments to funded students.

If you have team and budget management experience and proficient IT skills (SITS, Excel, etc.), we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is eligible for agile working, meaning you can work from home for a portion of the week depending on service needs. Those wishing to job-share are welcome to apply.
