Deputy Dining and Bars Service Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Dining and Bars Manager to assist in the general running of the catering and bars services operation, functions, events and fine dining facilities of Greenlands Hotel. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills and an eye for detail to join our professional hotel services team.  

​​​​​​​Greenlands Hotel is part of Henley Business School and is situated in 30 acres of beautiful countryside in the Chiltern Valley on the banks of the River Thames two miles from Henley on Thames. You will ensure a warm welcome to our guests provide exceptional customer service for all those visiting our venue for a Business School programme, staying at the hotel or attending an event onsite. You will be responsible for managing Banquet and event functions within Greenland’s Heyworth Restaurant private dining rooms, bars and general estate.

You will have:

•   Good communication skills and an eye for detail

•   A positive and flexible approach to work with a strong team ethic

•   Experience at Supervisory level or higher in a similar environment

•   Work with integrity and passion and have high levels of customer service

•   Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
