The Alumni & Development Office at Queens' is one of the most successful and progressive in the University. We are committed to improving the offering at Queens' for students, Fellows and staff. Major campaigns are being undertaken for our buildings, as well as bursaries and teaching fellowships.
We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and highly competent individual to run the well-established development operation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fundraising and building relationships with high net worth prospects in the UK and abroad.
The office staff work hard as a team and are all very supportive of each other. We all assist in organising events globally to ensure that Queens' is a welcoming and inclusive place for our alumni and supporters.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary range: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- Hours of work: 36.5 per week, Monday to Friday. There will be a requirement to work additional hours for attendance at events, evenings and weekends (this may include travel within the UK and internationally) for which time off lieu will be granted.
- Final Salary Pension Scheme after the qualifying period.
- 29 days’ holiday, in addition to public holidays (37 in total).
