Departmental Lecturer in Chemical Engineering

We are seeking a full-time Departmental Lecturer in Chemical Engineering to join our dynamic chemical engineering group at the Department of Engineering Science.  The post is funded by the University of Oxford and is a fixed-term position for 5 years from the 1st September 2021 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

You will be responsible for the teaching of our curriculum of undergraduate courses in chemical engineering, and for developing a programme of world-leading research which will complement our existing activity.   

You should possess a high quality undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, and a PhD/DPhil in Chemical Engineering or a discipline closely related to our research activity. For details of our research, please see: https://eng.ox.ac.uk/chemical-and-process-engineering.

The post would be ideal for an early career academic or researcher with a strong commitment to a longer term  academic career in both teaching and research.
