Liverpool Business School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced individual to the role of Degree Apprentice Facilitator

The role holder will be expected to work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships (Liverpool Business School) to develop new and maintain existing partner and stakeholder relationships on behalf of Liverpool Business School across the Liverpool City region.

The purpose of this role is to work with learners studying on higher level and degree apprenticeships (level 6 & 7) linking to the programme teams within the Liverpool Business School. Administration duties to cover the above and support to develop the commercial offering of the rapidly growing school.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a team, but also be self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude.  

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employers and apprentices is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in liaising with external organisations, are necessary.
  • Knowledge of current issues in apprenticeships, especially in HRM or Healthcare
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Previous experience in delivering pastoral support is essential.
  • Familiarity with assessment procedures in work-based learning, particularly in construction apprenticeships, is necessary.
