We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Registry Data Management and Training Team within the Student Returns and Data Management Division of Academic Registry to deliver a full and responsive service to support the core functions and processes in relation to course and maintenance creation work. Accuracy and attention to detail are must-haves as well as somebody who does not mind working to tight deadlines.
This role will provide essential support to our service delivery, with a primary focus on the Data Views and RDMT inboxes. Drawing on your experience of working with data integrity, you will also identify and rectify inconsistencies with course data. There will be some liaising with academics and Academic Quality and Enhancement colleagues where you should form strong working relationships. The successful applicants will have a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning and the ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines. A collaborative approach to working and a commitment to continuous improvement is also an essential component of the role.
