An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Support administrator to join the Estates & Facilities Directorate at the University of Wolverhampton. You will work within the Business Support section and be responsible for the administration of the human resources aspects for the directorate.
Administrator responsibilities
- You will be required to raise any necessary paperwork for the recruitment of staff and prepare the induction paperwork for new starters.
- Assist with the monitoring of absence monitoring policy and liaise with the relevant line managers regarding the follow up actions.
- Update various databases to record, monitor and evaluate services within the directorate
- Knowledge of GDPR and have the implications of this in the work environment.
To be successful in this role you will need,
- Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with other members of staff
- Excellent IT skills to be able to use all Microsoft packages and other IT packages
- Be able to work on your own initiative and also work as part of a team
- Work closely with the University HR Business Partners
