Summary of the role

The Customer Service Supervisor position has responsibility for delivering the in-house culinary operation within commercial operations outlets within University of Exeter’s Streatham or St Luke’s Campuses.

We are looking for a enthusiastic, innovative and motivated Customer Services Supervisors with a clear passion for food to join our Commercial Operations team. The successful candidates will have experience of supervising a culinary operation across a wide range of catering styles from banqueting to fine dining. 

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic member of staff to join our catering team on our campus. You will be a customer focused, team player who can also work alone. You will demonstrate high standards and be well organised. Having experience in roles within catering, retail and kitchens, with knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety would be advantageous.  Training and uniform will be provided.  You will have a flexible approach to working hours and practices, as well as having excellent communication skills. The role will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment, in line with Food Safety plus Health & Safety requirements.
