Summary of the role

This new post will be available from September 2022 on a permanent basis in our Retail Shop (The Market Place) within the Forum building at the University of Exeter.

Main duties will include: delivering exceptional customer service, cash handling, replenishment, price control, merchandising, daily housekeeping and stock control

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate a customer focused ethos, combined with reliability, flexibility and a can do attitude to working. Previous retail shops experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.

This will be a 36.5 hours per week, 52 weeks position. Working days will be any 5 days from 7 between the hours of 7:00-22:15. Flexibility from both parties will be required to meet the demands of the business. (Hours can be discussed so please still apply)
