This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Summary of the role/position

The role will provide an excellent, professional, courteous and efficient front of house experience as first point of contact for customers within the busy University sports facilities.

The role uses the Leisure Management Software to sign-up members, make bookings, take payment, cash-up at the end of each shift and will be the first point of contact for customers. You will need to display excellent customer service skills across various communication methods, being the front of house of the sports facilities. Code of Conduct and Master Document for processes must be followed and improvements communicated.

The successful candidate will work on a 3-week rotating shift pattern with early mornings, late evenings and weekend hours covering (as a team) the opening hours of the sports facilities.

This role will be part of a team that provides excellence in sport to our students, staff, and the wider community.
