Headingley Campus is the home of sport, and the facilities we offer include a gym and fitness suite, a strength and conditioning suite, a swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, an athletics centre including a running track, two sports halls and an arena. The broader department offers forty sports clubs and various coaching, leadership and wellbeing opportunities.

Sports & Active Lifestyles is looking for a Customer Advisor with a positive and professional outlook who can provide an effective, efficient and welcoming service for all clients using the Carnegie Sports Centre. Ideally, you will have experience operating a computer-based management system and swimming programmes and knowledge of membership sales and processes. It is essential that you can provide a high level of customer service and will be able to respond to client’s enquiries, ensuring that their participation at all Sport & Active Lifestyles sites are both safe and enjoyable.

You will be capable of working within safe codes of conduct and implementing emergency plans.

You will be willing to work flexibly over a 7-day period. The work will include regular weekend, evening and early morning shifts.
