We currently have a Student Experience Manager role based at Canterbury but will require regular working at Medway campus
The role focuses on the overall experience of students at the University of Kent, taking responsibility for enhancing student satisfaction holistically and creating a student-centric environment. This role involves leading on institutional events, institutional student voice activity and institutional projects, as well as managing tailored experiences across the University's campuses, courses and student groups.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Substantial experience in an administrative role within HE
- Experience in managing staff, including the ability to motivate others and manage the allocation of work
- Experience of supporting projects, delivering initiatives and leading on activities that support and enhance the student experience
- Experience of gathering, analysing and manipulating data, in line with regulations and processes, and making recommendations for action
