Are you an experienced chef with excellent skills supervising kitchen staff and overseeing stock control/orders? Are you looking for a full time role which offers generous annual leave, including over the Christmas period?  

If the answer is yes, then the role of Senior Chef could be ideal. 

As Senior Chef your duties will include to:

  • Prepare and serve foods in a commercial kitchen maintaining high quality standards
  • Order stock from nominated suppliers and process associated paperwork
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to agreed practice  
  • Ensure full compliance with all aspects of health, safety and hygiene standards and the adherence to relevant legislation

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Completed Intermediate Food Hygiene course
  • Experience managing kitchen staff in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to prepare standard menus and recipes
  • Experience calculating food percentages and gross profit margins
  • Willingness to work flexibly and learn new skills
