Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join the Digital Enablement and Development team, based in Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in improving the experience of our prospective students throughout their journey to study with us, providing a high level of customer service, coupled with technical expertise and innovation to ensure we offer a premium service to all our prospective students.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and engaging with a wide range of systems, including enterprise CRMs, with an interest in developing and implementing solutions across a wide range of use cases. You should be forward-thinking, with the sense to think outside the box when necessary, and be confident in working with both IT and non-specialist colleagues to understand their needs.
As we work to implement a new CRM for Student Recruitment and Marketing, a willingness to learn and engage with new systems will be essential, as will working closely with colleagues in IT and adjacent services to bring our vision to life.
You will be expected to take a collaborative and considered approach, acting as a subject matter expert for the systems and processes you are responsible for. We are looking for someone to play a part in delivering robust and considered solutions that support our strategic goals, inspire best practice, and develop training and development for new approaches, as we seek to offer a premium prospective student experience in all we do.
