This is an 18 month Fixed Term contract

Salary: Grade 7 (£37,099 - £44,263 p.a. depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Do you have effective communication skills for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders? Are you experienced in documenting business requirements for CRM and testing new functionalities and workflows? Do you have a proven ability to plan, develop, and optimise CRM campaigns to meet specific objectives?

We are looking for a Marketing professional with extensive CRM knowledge for this exciting new role in the Digital Marketing team.

You will lead the development and management of the marketing CRM and associated technologies, to meet student recruitment marketing objectives. Working closely with the Head of Marketing Technology, you’ll be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of CRM marketing activity, monitoring performance, and delivering new and innovative ways of working, supporting training and development where required.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation, you will support the development of our marketing technology stack to improve the customer pipeline experience and integration of different marketing technologies.

You will be responsible for planning, developing and optimising CRM campaigns to deliver student recruitment objectives, with a strong focus on identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance our approach to student recruitment communications and customer engagement. 

We're seeking someone with experience of handling complex processes, including segmentation and targeted mass communications. Effective communication skills are a must as you will be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You will use data and insight to plan and deliver personalised user journeys (including prospect and applicant activity across all cohorts).

You will be experienced in designing, targeting, and managing complex dynamic email and direct marketing campaigns with an understanding of how to use communications to drive the delivery of organisational priorities, including through effective multi-channel communications campaigns.
