About the Job

The CRM Centre of Expertise Manager (COE Manager) will line manage the newly formed CRM Centre of Expertise Business Support Team and coordinate CRM work with other Dynamics specialist roles in IT Services. This role is responsible for the unlocking of live Dynamics 365 functionality to positively impact users’ CRM experience and ultimately improve communications with students. 

UEL’s CRM (Dynamics 365) delivers end to end communications and customer service across the student journey, from initial enquiry to alumni membership. As CRM COE Manager you will need to work confidently across multiple areas of our large CRM system, collaborating closely with various departments across the university to ensure you and your team provides best practice and support for the entire student lifecycle. 

About You

To succeed, you’ll need relevant and demonstrable professional experience of using, developing, and supporting others with the technical, marketing and customer service functions of a CRM. You’ll also need to be forward-thinking, versatile, innovative, calm under pressure and able to deliver to deadline.
