We're looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Industries Co-ordinator to join our Adult Education Service and make a real difference in the lives of our learners.
Job description
In this role you'll be more than just a teacher/manager - you'll be a mentor, a motivator, and a creative catalyst. You'll work with adults from all walks of life, helping them discover their hidden talents and develop the skills they need to pursue their dreams. You'll create inspiring lesson plans, facilitate engaging workshops, and provide one-on-one support to help our learners overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

The role
• This is a 3 or 4 day a week post including teaching one day per week on our accredited courses within your specialist area (fashion, art, ceramics or graphics)
• Managing classroom learning, ensuring the quality of delivery and assessment is of the highest standards
• Ensuring a high-quality learning experience for every learner • Line management of up to 10 part-time tutors About you
• You must have previous experience in a post 16 education environment and proven experience of leading teams
• Recent teaching experience in your specialism (fashion, art, ceramics or graphics) on accredited courses (UAL experience is desirable)
• A degree or professional qualification in a subject relevant to the area
• A minimum of 3 years of current industry experience in the Creative Industries
• You must have a teaching qualification at Level 4 or above
• An IQA or other Assessor/IV qualification, or willingness to work towards one
• Experience of online teaching and using EBS (desirable)
